I’m pretty sure that these are not the Steam TOS (as Klei is mentioned explicitly). But nonetheless the Steam Subscriber Agreement contains similar terms (and almost certainly always has).

Yeah, I think I know what happened here, as I just searched “Steam TOS” and this site came up, simply titled “Terms of Service”, which includes that passage. But that’s actually the TOS for the game “Rec Room”.
