Maybe it helps to get new parents pondering if they maybe should not mutilate their infants for incredibly stupid reasons. I can’t imagine the whole of the USA being that intellectually challenged.
Hiding such things in niche echo-chambers is not helpful. I just assume OP did post it to make fun of stupidity and ignorance.

I assumed anti because of covering up the QR-code. But - in hindsight - could also be pro…in which case I would agree with you.

The flyer is satirical. The candidate himself is real, a fascist CEO who won the Republican primary for NY district 21. It’s meant to mock the candidate. It is not actually supporting circumcision.
