Missing a lot of information.

I fall into the 3.8 time frame in the US because I’m in management.

But there are people within many different sectors that have different hourly rates. Like a freshly graduated high school student working at Target or Subway isn’t making between 24-30 an hour to hit around 3.8 hours of work.

Or someone working at restaurant during the low hours might not see enough tips to cover the cost of entry. Especially if they have to split tips with the rest of the house.

So I’m really not sure this is accurate.
