I read your and the other comment as if the poster is mocking the workers by displaying an old console system. I don’t read that into this pictogram. Did I misunderstand?
The only thing you could maybe deduct is that it must be an older poster, because the Saturn was a 90’s console and this poster seems to be inspired by it.
I “collect” these consoles, or rather I hold onto them.

I have a Sega Saturn and the controller looks just like it. It’s a typical Sega shape, starting with the Mega Drive.
