If you’re expecting to always be on the cutting edge, why in the world are you buying consoles? That’s the opposite of everything a console promises (stable development target for developers)

I have a gaming pc that I upgrade too btw.
Consoles were always cutting edge up until the XB1/PS4 generation, and generations were only like 4-5 years long meaning they didn’t hang around long enough to get behind by much. Now they’re starting out years behind already, and hanging around 5+ years too long.
