runner_g@piefed.blahaj.zone 6 days agoMy guess is VP McJorgen told HR he needs another senior dev with Claude code experience. HR specialist McSmitty pulls up the job description for senior dev, sees 10+ yr experience and makes the job listing, completely unaware of the age of the technology.

Well, LLMs actually can do that about as well as most HR and recruiters can.
