It can be met multiple ways: two 12 hour shifts, three 8 hour shifts, or four 6 hour shifts. It reduces the work week to less than half of the week, so parents can juggle without paying childcare. And the most important reason: we’ll all get the same amount of work done. Corporations or businesses can just swap employees out to get a full week.
