    Again, it’s not a joke at all. Someone who is joking, doesn’t assume anything about what the other person said.
    
    Thats not comedy. Thats being an asshole, and trying to justify it with humour. That’s why you can’t explain the humour.
    
    If it’s a joke, than explain the punchline for everyone else here, since you’re the only one who thinks it’s funny let alone a joke.
