The problem now, is that it’s hot at nights. You open windows at night, and let 29 degree air in, and there is nothing to cool it down.

It really depends where you are and also if you are in a dense city or on the countryside. Climate Change has made an impact on that as well.

I’m in Scandinavia and melt at roughly 20°C. Whenever we get 25-30°C at night I sleep with a freezer pack. Just cuddling that thing until it’s warm, then go to the freezer and replace it a few times per night.

Here on the Austrian countryside next to the mountains its not reaching 20 degrees at night
