Oh, that was my favorite game. If I recall correctly, it also was dubbed in my (Czech) language, which made it awesome.
I have to check if you can reasonably play it on PC.

You can! That’s how i’m playing it. There’s some finagling with the Launcher since it’s ancient, but once you get past that it runs smoothly

Are you playing on Linux by chance? I did finfld a few Windows guides, which I assume would ve easier due to Windows Play whatever, but it also sounds like it would make it hell to set up on Linux.

I am! Been Linux for almost 4 years now and proud lol. I’d have to look up the exact steps i followed but as far as i remember they weren’t too bad. But also the version i got off MyAbandonWare irc was a Repack with all the extra stuff scrubbed off.
The main roadblock i remember was the launcher. It just doesn’t work under proton, irc it was easy to bypass though
