Why does it seem like Iran is a very controlling country? Like I always wanted to visit but when they started arresting american’s and such for being spies, gave me a second thought? How come every protest they put down by force? Was there any mutual respect once the Shah ended his reign? How does one justify a so called “terrorist” (I am an American so please forgive) getting so much money? Is it like the US where we have bases and such all over the world, and Iran’s are just centralized in a couple areas? How come Iran was willing to help US after 911 but pretty much went back to wanting to kill all of us? I don’t hold anything against Iranians btw so if my questions seem to have a slant toward them I don’t mean for them to. Thanks for answering ahead of time. Can I ask more?

It seems they are controlling because they are, they don’t mind murdering a million people if they don’t lose their power and please don’t visit iran ever until theres another revolution, there was some respect towards the shah when he ended his reign because he didn’t do that violent of a crackdown but the islamic revolutionaries absolutely vandalized the country and hated the shah, we don’t justify when they get money, here inside iran we were pissed when the MoU was signed and that it gives money and lifts some sanctions, after 911 they just did that for a PR move to hide themselves being islamist extremists too, yeah you can ask more and i will answer if i have time.

What is it like being a young person in Iran? In the states and other countries people act out when hitting puberty, very anti authority. Is it the same in Iran? How do you act out if you can? Are you male or female (if you don’t mind me asking)? Are you ever worried they are watching where you go on the web and what sites? How do they consider sites that go against them? Like if you looked up something about drinking alcohol, do you get put on a list or something? Is any person from a western country wants to visit will they automatically tag you as a spy and you disappear? Why did the protests stop that you had not to long ago that our Chief of Douche tried to show solidarity with? After our current dumbass country bombed yours did that not bring more unification? I think it was you that said they give a shitton to Hezbollah (paraphrasing) how is that justified? Why does it seem like Iran and a bunch of other countries only care about Palestinians when it is convenient and score political points? Let me say this I am not pro-Israel crap and bad Iran. Because as long as a government treats it’s people with respect and dignity and not just one aspect of it…I am all for. Would you actually agree because I sure a fuck do that the middle east was a better place before all the Westeners got involved and redrew maps? How come you guys or anyone for that matter give up some land to the Kurds? Heck I think they are so desperate they will just take your desert areas. Is there a way we can I guess stay intuned to the middle east like online or stuff? Or is it just Al-Jazerra? What do citizen’s think about enriching uranium? And the far possibility it may turn into nukes? I think it is stupid because the US doesn’t pitch a fit about Israel, Pakiston, or NK… I mean your country has uranium and oil do whatever you want? What gives us to dictate? I got alot more questions if it won’t get you into any trouble. It’s difficult and yeah they are very rebellious and brave, i don’t participate in protests for the act since it’s too dangerous without arms and they use military grade equipment, i am male, everyone uses a vpn but even without a vpn they don’t do much digital surveillance as far as i know unless you are in a minority like you have your ID card religion set to anything other than muslim or are a known activist they prefer using propaganda and massacre to digital surveillance, yes they do arbitrary arrests for taking photographs, interviewing locals, etc etc if you hold a western passport, the protests stopped because around 36,000 citizens were massacred and we felt it wasn’t going to achieve anything anymore unless we are armed, the war kinda turned some weak government haters into nationalists that supported the gov solely for being anti-west but not many people unified in the government the people unified in anger against the gov in the war for shutting down the internet and continuing executions, they fund hezbollah with all their effort because they can fool some tankies that oh look don’t you see we are anti-west and we love palestine and freedom? yeah i don’t like colonization like the uk did with pressuring qajar and also russia with caucaus, most of iranian citizens hate seperatism and would hate kurdistan to seperate, very few outlets report about iran because press freedom is pretty bad but there is a news outlet iran international with a network of journalists inside iran while they are biased in their reporting they are the best and also the independent sometimes does news on us that is pretty good, nobody likes the government having access to uranium, considering the hardliners taking over after the assasination of multiple politicians which made the authoritorianism even worse, if they could they would absolutely make nuclear weapons and use it against the west, north korea already has nuclear weapons so nothing could be done and israel is their ally and pakistan is not as anti-west as the iranian government which solely exists to hate on the west and spread extremist islamist shia stuff, not to represent the whole of iran but me and my friends don’t mind foreign intervention to stop them developing nuclear weapons but trump fucking botched it and just made their propaganda stronger but we still don’t want them meddling in our post-authoritorianism politics, i am pretty happy to answer further questions in c/iran which i moderate and would like for it to be more active.
