Happy cake day! I thought about including Hibiki but most prices I see on it start around $50+ but I totally agree, good sipping.

Have you tried any Australians, specifically Tasmanians. I have a half dozen names I could throw out but not sure how far out of Australia they have name recognition. Well besides the Springbay but that’s nowhere near the price range these days.
