It’s completely normal for this to happen after any shutdown, because all the little places with water grows it, then when you fill it back up it quickly spreads till they dial in the chemicals.

The problem here is they fucked up the color so it’ll always look shitty.

And whoever is maintaining it now won’t be able to get the algae under control.

It highlights how relatively normal speed bumps keep causing massive issues.
