Humans are a mess. We spent hundreds of thousands of years evolving to survive and thrive in a specific environment, then we progressed to a point where we all left our perfect environments, strayed all over the world, mixed our DNA up, creating new versions of humans that don’t fit into any environment perfectly anymore.

Then we flood that environment with an infinite combination of toxins that we breathe and swallow, for our confused crazy quilt of genetics to try to figure out how to handle.

No wonder our bodies don’t work well.
