renrenPDX@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 day agoOysters are probably the easiest edibles to grow. Shiitakes on the other hand, I am just cursed even though they shouldn’t be hard. If you had success with Teachers, Oysters aren’t a problem.

Thank you, I’ll look into that! I’d love more stuff at home that I can make vegan meals with for friends who don’t eat animal products (and I just love eating mushrooms!)
