I do. Because if there’s room to my right, I can shift over, let someone pass, then move back to the left. It’s not like it takes effort to do it.

Okay. I don’t and wont. They can wait the five to ten seconds extra for me to go around and settle back into the right lane. Nearly all of the people rushing the left lane stay in it and never go to the right. They don’t know the rules and wouldn’t care if they did.
