When a site does that to me, I just remove the offending code from the website using uBlock Origin
- Click the uB0 icon
- Click the dropper
- Click the Annoying Thing you want to Go Away
uBlock then filters the Thing and you will never see it again. :chef’s kiss:

Unfortunately a lot of sites use Tailwind bullshit and the element is just a bunch of random class names
