There’s a company claiming that they analyzed rests of garum found in some ancient vase and reconstructed the recipe. You can no buy Garum supposedly same as the Roman one. www.amazon.com/…/B07CRMQZP5
I don’t know if I’d actually be brave enough to try it, but I’m tempted.
I think it’s just like soy sauce, only fishy.
So fish sauce? That’s actually very tasty! A little splash improves any savory/salty dish.
