Somewhat similar to Skyrim. You can level up, and you also get “talent points” and you can invest those into different categories:

• Stealth - For a stealthy play style
• Room of Requirement - if you like more of a druid/alchemist approach
• Dark Arts - For more of a magic based combat style
• Core - For the basics.

You’re free to mix and match, but you can only earn a total of 36 points. So, it’s best to invest them into certain builds depending on your preferred play style.
