      Maybe you should go back to school and learn a little more about politics. Seriously, I learned about checks and balances from a talking animated piece of parchment in like 2nd grade.

        So can one political party do a significant amount of work to stop another from doing stuff or no? Democrats always complain about republicans keeping them from doing anything, but let republicans get away with taking away so many rights and committing so many atrocities. Checks and balances is supposed to go both ways, and democrats have never checked or balanced jack shit
