length of the path travelled by light in vacuum during a time interval of 1/299792458 of a second will always be superior to some stinky foot. Or an inch. Or a football field (Hand-egg one?)

You can use yard. It’s 0.914 meter so close enough. If they ask how many feet and inch that is, that’s an imperial problem.

1 metre = 10 decimetres = 100 centimetres. Not sure how you calculate but this could be the point
