Comment on If refusing to see your dying parent "wrong"?

I used to work with Hospice. I once witnessed a nurse explain to a patient that their son wasn’t going to visit. The patient did not take it well. I asked her about it later and she said that conversation was common.

I don’t know wright or wrong, but I do know that death regularly fails to overcome estrangement.
