Comment on Why will a cop arrest you if your in a ridable mower going down the street drunk? How is that a DWI when while you may be drunk you will not hurt anyone?

I’ve seen an amish man get arrested driving drunk in his buggy. I don’t know the impound procedures for that one, but I know he didn’t make it home that night. You can get a DUI on a bicycle, if they wanted.
