Yeah I suppose. Can I at least call them 2.5 A? because they have AAA budgets but generally make good games that people want to play

AAA isnt inherently synonymous with bad games that nobody wants to play. Its about the budget and size of the game/studio. Rockstar games are firmly AAA.
