Comment on I use way too many substitute tools.
realitista@lemmus.org 1 week agoI have a metric, standard, and star key folding sets like these that Ive managed to keep for 30 years without losing. They work in 95% of situations and keep me from losing the loose ones I accumulate along the way for when I need those.

I don’t know how I did it, but I lost a giant one of those. It was for metric hexes from ~1.5-7, and it had this lovely design that made it really easy to turn (not so easy to fit it in tight spots, but it wasn’t the biggest deal). Like, how do you lose a tool the size of your hand? Grumble grumble.
