I mean, steps .5-.99 are touching grass long enough to bring your brain back to equilibrium. If you can’t enjoy stopping to smell the roses because you’re so fried from oily food, video games, and casual online bigotry to mask your absence of self worth, there’s less point in the rest.

But that’s just how I perceive most modern 4chan posters. I’ve read no studies
