Regarding that particular rainbow road: I always found it funny that you can jump off the track at the start, just because it angles down so sharply.

Always my favorite thing to do. I’ve seen some people do a skip as well in that area but I’ve never been able to pull it off (and have given up trying as I don’t want to make it unfair to my friends)
