At only 3% interest, I’d rather take the dollar.

Though I, personally, probably won’t last long enough to enjoy my tremendous riches by then.

  If i’m lazy, at a bank for just putting it there? More if i’m not lazy. I’m a mix of both :)

Then why not take the 5mil dollars and invest it for 5mil years?

  If that is an option in that deal, yeah sure :-) Although, i might add, after the first few hundred millions it doesn’t make any difference anymore…

    You’d imagine after a certain point increasing your wealth would become kind of pointless, but alas we have people who seem to want all the money 😄

    Sadly true :-( I would take the first 5m, then gift away the rest. I surely would not need more than that. I wouldn’t even need the 5m to begin with, but it sure can’t hurt either.
