If you work in a union shop you benefit from the union contract, with wages, healthcare etc etc. Typically a union job has higher wages and better benefits than a non-union represented job of similar skill set. You working at that place, you are getting the benefits/wages the union fought for.

I am all for unions, but union jobs have a union for a fucking reason. I’d rather not work for an employer that is or was so hostile that the employees needed to rise up.
