    That’s the Wheel of Dharma, a symbol from Buddhism, and to its right is the “Happy Human” symbol used by secular humanists.

      Thanks! I’d heard the name “secular humanists” before, but knew nothing of them. Your comment motivated me to hit up Wikipedia and I must say I like what I’m reading.
