yeah, i got a few three letter agency friends. most are folk i grew up with who graduated and went into the TLAs, a few are parents of friends. They were all weird, but like good weird. Same weird i think i’d describe most of the folk on here if we’d meet in person. Smart, capable, quirky, self-confident, very very much themselves and their own person. The reason I wasn’t recruited is because I’m on several lists they track: disabled, leftist (i started and ran a communism club in high school. it was basically an absurdist young republicans, all but one of us have become leftist over the years weirdly enough but we all were very conservative back then. we just called it communism club because it irritated a teacher we didn’t like. Resist!), former cultist, jazz musician, consorted with clowns, like i can go on for why they tried to keep me out of the three letter agencies and with good reason but i fit the profile for the type they recruit is what i’m trying to say just i failed on account of having had a life.
