I usually am tired because I play games all night.
That is because I don’t see that my free time is long enough for me. Well then my sleep time must be reduced, because reducing working time is not that easy.
If I only could sleep on work all the time…

It was similar for me for a long time. There’s even a name for that specific reason to go to bed late: revenge bedtime procrastination
