I’ve come could receive 10,000 complaints they wouldn’t investigate. Select committee was raking the head of ofcom over the coals about their lack of investigation into right-wing media groups over a year ago, and nothing came of it.
They’re calling themselves a news organisation but they’re as legitimate a news organisation as Fox news is.
I doubt it will go very far, there’s been a court ruling that GBnews is allowed to host “current affairs” programs, and that impartiality rules don’t really apply to those. www.judiciary.uk/…/GB-News-v-Ofcom.pdf
