Comment on how do you only sleep 3 hours a day? (inspiration)
glitchdx@lemmy.world 1 hour agoI didn’t watch the video nor did I check what community this is, but for the past month I’ve been sleeping for 4 hours per night due to my own neuro problems, work requirements, and alcoholism. It has not been a good time and I don’t recommend it.
