Ok so update still no luck But redoing as per the mod instructions. Disabled all steam workshop mods, installed the github verion of UE4SS, extracted the folder to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\Mods” and the configurable xp gain folder is inside, in both the steam and github version of mods.text added “ConfigurableExpGainDefault: 1” assuming this enables the mod but no luck.
