    Yep, full firmware replacement. I just modded my v2s with external antenna and heatsinks. Works great with Ethernet too.

        For v2s all you need for Ethernet is one of these since they have a usbA port on the back. a.co/d/08DV68eC

        For wifi antenna upgrade a.co/d/0eD02sgp

        This is one that I did yesterday, I removed the speaker to make room for the heatsinks. I noticed plastic was dark brown from the heat so I thought maybe they get too hot and they throttle which is why they always got to shit on the streaming. I just got a raspberry pi heatsink kit. I placed one on the processor and one on the wifi chip. Image
