One of my least favourite exercises because my knees hate me (ālift with your kneesā they said, āsave your backā they said). I thought, thereās got to be a way to do it without trashing your knees. That led me to a short video which really helped. I did all the things that Dr said and now I can (carefully) do squats! Very excited to join you on your squat challenge!

I love this!!! Also, thanks for the video, thatās super helpful for Boyo. Hope your legs donāt ache too much today! I do them in blocks of 10 or 20 if Iām too tired or sore.
