So I got curious and looked it up. It’s supposed to be depicting the individual from the song the Sickness, being born a fully grown monster man. Can’t tell you which member said that though but yeah, canonically that is a coochie and not like, his Terry folds or something
I used to think he was something similar, like a Silent Hill kind of monster. Funny to think Walmart had this in their music section for decades because most people assumed the same
