1.5 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support for moving my domain email provider to Microsoft, and still not resolved! Ran into an issue exporting inbox from old provider to new, and then the tech support guy had another appointment and had to go. Talk about leaving your customer in the lurch. I think I know how to fix but that was all the IT problems I could handle for one afternoon, will revisit when I’m bored enough on the weekend.
