To be fair, a few trinkets shut in a chest might have been something brought back from the war by a GI, rather than the basement shrines I was thinking of.
We can only hope there will be dead nazi memorabilia chests like this around the world once the war against the Epstein class is won.

No he was German and it was his grandpas chest and it was definitely an SS uniform and an SS dagger
