melbaboutown@aussie.zone â¨1⊠â¨day⊠agoIâm not sure if sheâll try it but cheese soufflĂŠ is quite soft and isnât too bad to make if you donât fuss about getting the height.
Basically itâs cheese sauce and yolks(?) folded into stiff beaten egg white and baked with the container sitting in a pan of water. It ends up like a soft moist pudding.
