I find these articles strange. If you can’t buy it in North America, then it’s hard to get? Strange Days and Cocoon I could buy via Amazon Germany. Dawn of the Dead is available on a region free 4K disc, but that’s not good enough? I’ve been importing films since the DVD days, it does work both ways.

That’s the lost egregious example. I don’t know the facts but, as 4k is usually region-free itay be that the license for some (all?) is world-wide (English-speaking?) so if you don’t like it, you may have to lump it.
