  The US pays a lot more for drugs than other first-word countries and requires quite conclusive evidence that they work. So theyre basically saying that new vaccines won’t be available in the US

  My entire career is in non-profit vaccine development, primarily focused on neglected diseases. It is… not easy to get a job.
