He sounds like he needs to take a cold shower.
Good News! Hot showers weren’t common place with non royalty for another 50 years. Likely his only choice of shower was a cold shower.
I was actually making a joke about the hydrotherapy he used to treat his condition. It involved getting doused with 900 liters of cold water. I don’t think anyone caught my joke.
