  You may remember him from other roles, such as Bill McNeal from Newsradio, Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz from The Simpsons, and Chocolate Block from the M&Ms ads.

      Oh wow, I hadn’t seen that one. Williams is great there.

      I only knew the skit where Hartman played Reagan as a dementia riddled moron in public but an evil scheming mastermind behind closed doors.
