And why do you need to set your VPN to Europe to watch YouTube videos?
The Olympics are a big deal for region locking. Exclusivity deals. If OP is USA they won’t be able to see anything but NBC.
The answer to OP’s question is YT. Sometimes some yt clips are not reachable in the states, like from Gaza or Ukraine
