atrielienz@lemmy.world 1 week agoI know of a guy who had his driver’s license permanently revoked because he racked up so many DUI’s. He lived in rural Indiana, and bought a moped because they didn’t require a license to drive. Obvious he did not stop driving drunk.
But also, the moped did in fact make noise.
