You know one thing that’s also possible is mailing a mini PC to colocation.
Boston has enfoffice and microtronix in ohio host minis.
I host strix halo like that - 128gb ram with 4tb nvme like 40 a month.

Maybe one day. With hardware prices nowadays that’s an upfront cost I can’t afford right now.
