Maine landlord solicited men who broke into apartment, threatened resident, deputies say

I don't claim to be a York County Deputy so I'm not here to make the accusation myself, but I do claim to be a guy who can read just below a headline and can see that according to the article, the York County Sheriff's department deputies did in fact make that accusation.
