So. Lesson learned.
If you go to the gym after 2 weeks off, and are not eating meat, you had better make sure you a shit load of good food afterwards, otherwise you wake up homicidal.

Oh yeah! I promised some ideas didnât I? First get a good protein powder for smoothies after gym. Donât really have a recommendation here though.
Good protein options
If you make bolognaise then you can swap out mince for lentils. Use brown or red or a mix.
Derek Samo on YouTube has a bunch of good vegan stew recipes and tips. rainbow plant life is ok but sometimes she just has too many ingredients and I canât be bothered.
